Scott joined the firm in January 2007 and, after an eight year hiatus to serve as general counsel of PanTheryx, Inc. – where he was responsible for the company’s global legal and regulatory affairs and international business development activities – Scott returned to the firm full-time and resumed accepting new clients in February 2020. Scott is based out of our Longmont, Colorado office.
